At Strateji, our team, led by co-founders Dave Yeates and Pete Holliday, is committed to helping leaders realise their strategic visions. Drawing on their backgrounds in leadership, organisational development, coaching, and program delivery consulting for listed enterprises post-COVID, Dave and Pete discovered that leaders are overwhelmed by excessive noise, making it difficult to gain an accurate view of their plans, strategies, and risks.
